Air Hand Dryers
PFI has replaced the paper towel dispensers with the "USGBC" approved hand dryer, the "XLERATOR". This hand dryer uses 80% less energy than most and elimates waste paper.
Use Coffee Mugs/Water Bottles
PFI cut down the waste of disposable drink cups by 90% by using coffee mugs and reusable water bottles.
Cleaning Products
PFI uses soy based bio mineral spirits and natural cleaning products that are harmless to the enviroment.
Recycled Rags
PFI utilizes a cleaning service to recycle shop rags. This eliminates the waste that was generated by throwing the rags away and also ends up being more economical.
Carbon Footprint
When traveling for business, PFI pays a premium in order to offset our carbon footprint equivolent.

Buy Recycled Products
PFI's printed material and promotional products are produced by McKay press, a commercial printer in Midland, Michigan certified by Smartwood Alliance to the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) standard under certificate #SW-COC-1530. This ensures that our printed materials are produced with responsible forest management in mind and all materials contain recycled content when available.
An FSC accredited forest is a responsibly managed, farmed and reharvested forest. This guarantees that our paper will not come from deforestation operations, endangered jungles and the like.
